How much work is this?

The interview takes about 20–30 minutes, and that effort is exactly why the result beats a one-click rewrite. You build the core résumé once; tailoring it to each new job after that takes a couple of minutes.

Will it make things up?

It's built so it can't do that behind your back. When yaomi revises a résumé you already have, every change is shown next to the text it replaces and you pick which ones stay. It checks new claims, numbers included, against what you've told it and what was already on your résumé, and flags the ones it can't trace. Nothing is submitted anywhere for you: you read the finished document and send it yourself, so you get the last word on every line.
